If you’re ready to enroll your child at The Little Learning Preschool, we’re excited to welcome you to our family! Get started by submitting your initial registration and inquiry form with the button below. Once your form is submitted and processed, you can pay the enrollment fee to get your child registered. If you have questions or concerns, contact our team now.
Admission Forms
Once your child is enrolled at The Little Learning Preschool, you can start the admissions paperwork. Only start these forms after the inquiry form is filled out and you’ve paid the enrollment fee. Read the description of each form and then click the link to complete it. Get in touch if you have questions at any time!

Complete this form for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 11 months only.

This form is required for children who do not currently attend preschool or school away from the center. Send a copy of this form for your child’s physician to complete.

This form is required for any child with a diagnosed food allergy. Download it for the child’s physician to fill out.
